GOLF WORKOUT
5-10 Minutes, 2-3x/week will make a big difference. Here's a few great exercises to start with that can be done anywhere with essentially no equipment. You can always add sets if desired.
Push Up Position w/ Rotational Reach - 1 set of 5 each side
Wall Windmills - 1 set of 5 each side, each direction
Lateral Lunge w/ Rotation - 1 set of 8 each side
Lateral Hip Stretch - 1 set of 8 each side
Prone Leg Lifts w/ Rotation - 1 set of 5 each side
Trying to improve your golf AND fitness this year? This is a fantastic exercise to get started. Addressing stability and strength, these push up negatives can be done right in your living room. Try 3 sets of 5 reps, 5 seconds going down.
*Make sure your back is flat and hips don't drop below your chest at any point. These can also be done from your knees for a modification.
