Spaghetti- paleo style❤️
LOVE these noodles. Makes eating healthy so easy.
4 ingredients:
1 purple onion, noodles, jar of sauce, 1 package grass fed beef.
(Keep your pantry stocked of olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, and black pepper— all the time!! This makes cooking EASY!)
On low-med heat..
Sautéed chopped onion in olive oil.
Once onion is cooked down, add meat. Add thyme, pepper, garlic powder)
Once meat has browned, add spaghetti sauce.
Start boiling your water when you add the sauce. Noodles take 12-15 min to cook. Drain. I like adding the noodles to the skillet of sauce and ground beef. Not necessary but try it out. From there, serve to plate!! DELISH!

PALEO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
I love sweet Loren’s cookie dough but they still have a lot of filler ingredients that you don’t need so made these as a dupe! Taste is the same i might even say better🤭
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 cup organic coconut sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup coconut oil (unrefined cold pressed is best)
Dark choc chips
Bake @350. 12-15 minutes.
In mixing bowl, crack your egg and add 1/4 cup coconut oil. Warm the coco oil beforehand. Make sure it is fully liquid consistency before adding. If you don’t….. you don’t wanna know…..
whisk those two together. Add vanilla. Add sugar. Keep whisking!
Once the consistency is gooey (don’t know how else to describe ha) add in your flour and baking soda !!
It’s going to start getting doughy and it will be tough to stir with a spoon. You can start using your hands to roll out the dough but NOT necessary.
Add your chips! As many or as little as you want. I thought I added a ton but seems like I was on the lighter end when I took the cookies out of the oven. Lean on the side of more;)
On glass baking dish OR stainless steel cookie tray, line with parchment paper. You should have enough dough for 12 cookies. Ball the dough with a spoon or your hand. Hands may be easier to control. Set in oven and bake for 12-15 min.
Let them cool. Take parchment paper off the pan and set on counter. If you don’t the cookies will brown from the heat.
These come out super gooey….. they taste AMAZING. Going to try and use different ingredients to see if I can perfect the crisp….. stay tuned ….🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪
