Daddy’s heart hurts - although daddy’s google calendar is quite happy - as our little peanut heads back to the classroom after a year and a half. Charlotte Rose is a 2nd grader and so excited albeit a bit nervous to be back at school. Mommy and Daddy love you so much sweet girl and we can’t wait to see what this school year will bring for you!

Going WAY back this Thursday to July 29, 1869 when the New York Stock Exchange took the form we know it as today, when it merged with then competitor, the “Open Board Of Stock Brokers.” A lot has changed since then and when I was able to visit a few years ago, the most vivid takeaway was of how quiet the floor was. If you ever get the chance to visit, I highly recommend. A LOT of money moves through these walls. photo credit for newer photos:
