What makes our patented process different is that the separation of the liquid calcium chloride and sodium chloride happens outside the process of removing the distilled water.
All other processes used within the state remove the water while separating the calcium and sodium chlorides. The processes plug due to cooling which occurs during separation and causes the sodium chloride to build up on the inside of their units resulting in high shut down times.

Benefits of the "RU2" Patented Process.
- Elimination of injection wells, as units are installed, the need for disposal wells is no longer needed. Thus, elimination of seismic activity, elimination of questionable freshwater aquifer contamination, and the return of fresh water to surface water (at least 88% of brine injected is water that can be returned to surface).
- Continuous revenue Stream from saleable Commodities, RU2 Process results in the following productions
*Crude oil Recovered and sold.
*Sodium chloride (solid, minimum 95% purity for road salt, 99% plus additional treatment for industrial use.
*Calcium chloride (liquid 95% pure, solid 95% with added crystallizer).
*Demineralized water (less than 150 TDS) which can be returned to surface water or reused in additional drilling or fracking operations.
- Tax revenue- Potential to tax every barrel being treated.
- Employment- During construction and continuous operation of plant.
- Reduction of truck traffic- Able to position the units closer to group of wells to lower hauling distance. Less traffic on road repaid and increase public safety.

Thanks to ReasearchGate, this map shows a majority of the injection wells in the United States as of 2022. Said injection wells have been linked to earthquakes in Kansas and Oklahoma. The amount of water being shoved into the ground is providing too much pressure on the tectonic plates and causing a shift. Not to mention the possibility of leaching into the ground water supply from the injected water in the ground. The water that is being injected into these wells must be dealt with in a safer manner.
