Just want it to be known, the local post going around the community of a tree company or person(s) who were paid upfront to complete a tree job for elderly couple, and instead took the money and didn’t complete that job…...
First off, THIS WAS NOT Appalachian Tree Group, LLC. I wanna make that clear! Our company would never do that. Secondly, whomever did that it is really unprofessional and not only that it makes other tree companies look bad when there isn’t a name to be put on the blasted public posts circulating. It makes all other tree companies and hard working people have to clear the air and their company names and reassure their clients that it was not their company at fault. Also, so that it doesn’t reflect back on other companies and effect or hurt their family businesses they worked hard to build and the families that they support.
Hopefully the people behind this tree job will be held accountable in some way. To the other Tree Company who came across this unfinished job and helped the elderly couple,

3 trims for today. I trimmed all the dead limbs & removed some widow makers. 1st pic is a Red Oak. 2nd pic is a S**g Bark Hickory & 3rd pic is a Black Oak. This customer really cares about his trees & I truly admire & respect that in a person. Thank you Todd for your business. I hope to work with you again.

I done a little climbing in the rain today. I decided to bring my son Aiden along to show him how it’s done. This is a Crown Reduction on a Chestnut Tree. The tree was right next to some buildings, so everything had to be roped & pulled away from the buildings. I left all the limbs on the lower left side, because that is their shade. Normally I would take them all back to 1/3 of the size of the branch. The right side barely had any foliage at all.
