Ultrarunner, Coach. Always aiming for the next level.

I’m looking for crew for The Dome. June 27th is my target. Any suggestions?

Today: 10x600m @ 5:40-5:45/mi with 400m recovery @ 7:10/mi

Average pace = 6:20/mile.

Getting more focused. Right now I have a lot of speed, I need resilience and durability. I’m extending intervals to help with this while keeping recoveries still pretty quick to work on lactate buffering and resilience. Speed + Endurance.

New phase: back to fundamentals.

Athletes stronger and faster than me reached incredible heights with simple tools and honest work. No shortcuts. No illusions.

I’m doing the same. Carbon plates only in key workouts, peak weeks and on race day. The rest gets done in the basics—shoes like these, nothing fancy.

My rule stays the same: once I hit my baseline pace and heart rate, I pick a race six weeks out and lock in. If nothing fits, I hold steady.

Lower mileage for now. Speed and power first. Endurance in the ramp.

No chasing sponsors. No noise. Just the ceiling my body already has—and the patience to reach it.
