Today was Connor Boushell's last training session with us before he starts a new chapter and moves away.

While we're excited for what's ahead for him, it's always bittersweet saying goodbye to someone who has become such an important part of our Compass Fitness family.

Connor has been the kind of client every coach hopes to work with—consistent, hardworking, positive, and always willing to trust the process. More importantly, he's simply been a great person to have in the gym. The friendships, conversations, laughs, and countless training sessions have left a lasting impact on all of us.

One of the best parts of this business isn't the workouts or the results—it's the relationships that are built along the way. Connor is a perfect example of that.

Connor, thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your journey. We are incredibly grateful for the time we've spent together and proud of everything you've accomplished.

No matter where life takes you next, you'll always have a home at Compass Fitness.
