Influence matters, all the time. And nothing is more rewarding than getting it right.

Andy has always been like a little sponge taking in and processing everything he experiences. You have to see him light up like a Christmas tree when I surprise him at his school to have lunch with him. It’s priceless to me and it’s one of the ways I keep him motivated.

He wants to make sure he’s doing well. He takes pride in the fact that his grades, papers, school projects and behavior chart status make me and mommy proud when we visit.

So my little lunch visits serve as extra motivation for him.

As you build everything is an opportunity to spread influence. Either we are having an impact on others or they are having an impact on us or both. Either we are influencing others or we are being influenced or both.

It’s important to pay attention to both the influence we have on others and the influences we allow for ourselves.
