A recent visit to . 💚 A few weeks ago, we visited the Green Heart Project and spent time with farmer Sean Murray at the garden at the Enston Home.

The project began in 2009 as a small school garden, created to teach elementary students about farming and healthy living. Students are still involved today, and the produce also makes its way into local kitchens.

We’ve been sourcing from for years — aji dulce peppers, Jimmy Nardellos, herbs, cauliflower, lettuces — ingredients that shape our menu each season.

Grateful for the work they do, both in the garden and in the community!
