Off Track Ice Cream

Charleston summer is coming in HOT, and you know what that means... three new Off Track summer flavors are on the way!

First up: CHERRY BOMB FUDGE — our take on the classic cherry-and-chocolate combo.

We start with our cherry ice cream made by blending pure red cherry juice and a hint of lemon into our signature base of milk, cream and egg yolks. This ice cream tastes like biting into a perfectly ripe cherry on a hot summer day!

Next comes a beautiful swirl of cherry jam from our favorite jam makers, . This vibrant, fruity jam winds through every scoop, adding layers of bold cherry flavor and creating a color combination that’s as stunning as it is delicious!

To finish it off, we mix in generous gobs of our house-made chocolate fudge.

The cherries bring a bright, fruity pop, while the fudge adds rich, decadent sweetness—the perfect match to beat the summer heat.
