Today, we’re inviting our community to Give the Gift of Yoga and help bring Empowered Minds’ yoga + mindfulness programming to students at Liberty Hill Academy.

Students navigating academic or behavioral challenges deserve tools that help them breathe, focus, regulate, and thrive. With your support, we can bring certified instructors, safe spaces, and mindful practices to young people who need it most.
