A coastal evening in our little life, sketchbook always in hand of course 🤍 I love bringing it along to capture ideas and moments I don’t want to simply pluck from the earth and store in a camera roll. There’s something about sketching in real life — the movement, the light, the imperfections — that adds so much more depth to a composition than a photograph alone ever could. As a mom and an artist, life is full of movement these days. I want pieces that feel functional and easy, that let me move from motherhood to sketching to painting to fishing at sunset… while still feeling like myself in the process.
