That last rep had me like “this is it. this is how I go.” 😅
New PR of 365lbs in the bag. I’m looking forward to getting 405lbs on that bar in the near future. I’ll make sure those safety bars are out of the way by then.

Carol was demonstrating some really good squat positioning this morning. We’re working our way up to getting the bar on her back. In the meantime we’re making sure we nail down our stable base, establishing the foundation of our squat.

315’s finally in the bag 💪 I’m going to have to be careful on that depth though. 😅
I got in an awesome lift with .strength.llc this morning, and things were feeling good. Workout was 3x5x315 Squat, 3x5x140 OHP, and 1x5x365 DL.
