I wish I had more time to tell this story..

Small business can be helping other people on their journey, and sometimes it can be the other way around. Kirsten helped us tremendously with this new machine, and we are forever grateful.

Birdies was a beautiful cafe, and though I didn’t get to experience it myself the space speaks for itself.

Kirsten said her favorite part of running Birdies was the community she had built around it. Thankfully, she has opportunity’s lined up and is going to be ok in this transition.. and we can’t wait to host her in Charlotte when she decides to come visit her baby blue machine.

I’m grateful to meet such genuine people in this time of running silly cafes.
