Duo Switch for Change

Just over a year and 1/2 out from duodenal switch and per my visit this morning, Dr says I'm in maintenence stage! I've weighed pretty much the same for the past couple of months. He says I can increase my carb intake.... still gotta get used to that! Everyone just starting this journey, everyone struggling anywhere in the path... keep at it! You are all amazing.
