This build was a ton of fun and i am very pleased with the final outcome. Here’s some of the details.
I started with a cen F450 chassis and extended it by almost two inches to fit the super long (30”) crewcab 8’ single wheel bed setup. The electronics got swapped to my absolute favorite setup which is a Hobbywing Fusion Pro motor/esc, a Reefs steering servo, and DumboRC DDF-350 transmitter.
I set to work on the Coachbuilder F250 body designing a ton of custom parts based on the show truck:
-Ranchhand front bumper
-Ranchhand rear bumper
-Ranchhand backrack
-Ranchhand side steps
-custom Golight that does light up
-custom cell booster
-crossbed toolbox to store the battery
-RC4WD BFGoodrich tires
-1.9” “steel” wheels with custom center caps
-custom vinyl decals to match the show truck
It got an airbrushed weathering job than was finished with a dull clearcoat to give it the final dirty fresh off the patch look.
In total i estimate there is somewhere in the 150-200 hours of design and build time in this truck, which i think was totally worth it.
For the guys wondering how it crawls, just as bad as every other truck i build. Very scale to real life offroading with a long wheelbase stock truck. Low ground clearance, bad turning radius, and limited traction (i did lock the rear axle). Very realistic.

** The correct amount was 16,000 total screws in the first picture and the closest guess was 15,000 by two individuals about an hour apart from each other.**
First one to correctly guess how many scale screws are in the first picture gets a traffic barrel.
Thanks to Injora RC for these, they will go towards a lot of projects!
