To be an effective leader and coach, I continue studying the neuroscience of the brain. Sounds geeky right! The reason why I’m patient with people because I understand there is part of the brain called the AMYGDALA that is wired to resist change. YEP!
So don’t feel bad if you don’t like change. Blame it on your brain. We just need to rewire your brain to accept change as growth. Welcome to Mike Method science 101. 😊
