Congratulations to Ryan Corder on his promotion to Project Executive!

Ryan joined C. Herman Construction in early 2025 as a Senior Project Manager and quickly made an impact through his leadership, expertise, and commitment to supporting our teams and clients.

In his new role as Project Executive, Ryan will help lead and support our growing Charlotte market, working closely with our project teams to drive continued success. We are excited to see him continue to grow in this next chapter.

As a conclusion to Safety Week, we reviewed safety audit reports from the past year conducted by Paragon Safety Group across all CHC jobsites. Two teams stood out for their outstanding commitment to jobsite safety.

Integra NoDa in Charlotte earned the highest overall average safety rating company-wide with a 95%. Markley Square in Greenville followed closely behind with a 94% overall average safety rating.

These recognitions reflect the daily commitment each team brings to maintaining safe, organized, and proactive jobsites.

We couldn’t have asked for a better day to close out Construction Safety Week. Today, our final safety stand down took place at the Midtown Junction project in Wilmington.

A special thank you to the teams at Sunbelt Rentals and Paragon Safety Group for leading impactful discussions on equipment safety, ladder safety, and fall protection.

We also had the opportunity to recognize five individuals from our subcontractor partners who consistently go above and beyond in promoting safe practices on site and helping maintain a safe working environment for everyone.

Rain or shine, safety stays the #1 priority!

Today our team held a Construction Safety Week stand down at the Kannon at Wendell Falls project in Raleigh, NC. Even with the rain moving us indoors, engagement from our teams remained strong.

During the event, we proudly presented four safety awards to subcontractors for their commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite.
