Building the whiskey program and has always been a passion of mine and to see it written about so eloquently is just amazing!

I can’t thank enough for such a brilliantly written story that authentically captured the heart of the restaurant, the soul of our whiskey program, and my passion for both.

I’m not one who ever really likes photographs of myself, and probably dislike taking them even more. Especially when I’m told to smile more😡😡😡. So when I see a s**t I actually like and then find out it’s used in the photographer’s promotional catalog I could be more humbled.
