Wilson Housing Authority – Wilson, North Carolina Public Housing and Eatmon Townhomes Waiting Lists Now Open

The Wilson Housing Authority opened waiting lists for public housing and Eatmon Townhomes on February 2, 2026. One application covers all three public housing communities — Whitfield Homes, Forrest Road, and EB Jordan. Eatmon Townhomes has 32 two-bedroom units and pre-applications must be returned by February 24, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Call 252-291-2245 for more information.
