I’m proud to officially welcome Jessica Hale as our new 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁.

When I knew it was time to expand the team, I wasn’t just looking for talent. I was looking for someone who thinks strategically, takes ownership, and operates with integrity. Jessica embodies that. She brings sharp business insight, strong marketing instincts, and a natural drive to solve complex digital challenges the right way.

Our goal has always been to help small-to-medium businesses thrive and beat out the corporate giants through smarter, more innovative strategies. Helping local businesses win online is more important than ever, and Jessica’s addition strengthens our ability to do exactly that.

𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺, 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮!

Yesterday I had one of the most peaceful and unexpectedly emotional experiences I’ve had in a long time. I joined the monks on their Walk for Peace through Rock Hill, SC, and what I witnessed has stayed with me.

Watching the lead monk and several others walk in wool socks through cold, wet streets, smiling and deeply engaged with everyone around them, was moving in a way that’s hard to articulate. I saw people in the crowd become overcome with emotion simply by being in their presence. There was something beautiful about a moment that required nothing except presence and connection.

In a world where AI and technology are advancing at a relentless pace, their quiet, intentional way of moving through life hit me deeply. Not everything fast is good. Not everything for sale is valuable. Much of what we are taught to chase matters far less than the unseen things we cannot put a dollar amount to.

As a small business owner, it reminded me that how we treat people is just as important as what we deliver. Their message was not just about peace. It was about mindfulness, humility, and choosing intention over speed. Lessons that apply not only to life, but also to leadership and business.

They are a powerful reminder to slow down and stay grounded in what truly matters.
