As we cautiously hoped the worst of the pandemic was behind us, it's undeniable that working remotely has changed the way Vigil™ operates. Recruiting enthusiastic, target market testers was hard for teams well before the onset of COVID-19. As a startup, the pandemic has intensified these challenges and the obstacles that come along with them, such as tester drop-off and not getting enough feedback.
Unfortunately, without this critical data & feedback Vigil™ cannot guarantee our application has been adequately tested thus further delaying our launch. Operating seamlessly with our diverse mix of customers existing technology remains at the top of our priorities.
