We kicked off the beginning of Spooky Season with a fantastic fall feast at the office! From pumpkin-shaped turkey meatballs to 3 crockpot stations - the culinary (and Publix-bought) works of our EN team members did not disappoint🙌🍁 Shout out to our Culture Committee members who arranged this treat!

Our team knows how big of an undertaking it is to grow a new brand. Our advice? Start with the basics. The more you stick to these rules of thumb, the stronger your brand's foundation will be and the quicker it'll catch on:

➡️ Create a unique identity that will allow your brand to stand out in the noise. Dive into your pool of competitors to see what you have that would work as a differentiating factor.
➡️ Choose quality over quantity. Resist the urge to get projects completed or assets built just for the sake of doing them. Ensure each decision and deliverable is strategy-backed, fully thought out, and measured closely.
➡️ Stay adaptable in your decision-making. Always consider the current and future state of your industry, technology, and the world.
