🔴ALIGNMENT for 𝐔𝐩𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐨𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐔𝐫𝐝𝐡𝐯𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐚 🔴
Every pose is not accessible to everyone and I personally feel Upward Facing Dog or Urdhvamukhasvanasana is not accessible to everyone like it wasn't for me. I made mistakes and learnt over period of time so I do not want you to repeat that.
Everyone says what to do in a pose but I personally feel we must tell what not to do as well, sharing from my personal experience.
