This Women’s History Month hits a little different for me.

Right now, over 300,000 Black women have recently lost their jobs, and many families rely on women as the financial backbone of the household.

At the same time, studies show that nearly 70% of women are the primary investment decision-makers in their homes, yet only 16% feel very confident about their ability to retire comfortably.

That gap isn’t about intelligence or capability.
It’s about access to the right information and conversations around money.

The women before us fought for the opportunity to sit at tables we weren’t invited to.

But this generation of women?
We’re not just asking for seats anymore.

We’re learning the language of money, building wealth, and creating options for our future.
