“I want to have a spiritual experience for my birthday” Sep. 14 last year Mother Ayahausca called my spirit to deeper level of healing. I ask her to show me and teach me what I needed to know and heal.

I took a trip to Panama the land of my family to have this sacred ceremony. My ancestors joined me and with courage the healing began.

I’m grateful for the journey, the moments that were insightful and challenging.

Standing strong in who I am
Learning to speak up
The baggage I was carrying
The trust that is needed for life
The womb that needed healing
The heart that needed to be opened

and a healer needs healing…

The medicine works in me and through me and for that I’m grateful.
