This job was in Ft.Mill SC, the shed was badly damaged from a termite infestation. We had to replace the siding, but once we removed the old wood we uncovered badly rotted wood and some beams that needed to be replaced from a fall on one side. This is the first roof we installed doing business under one stop shop restorations llc in 2017. The roof leaked around the drain due to the drain being only 2.5 inches and needed to be switched out to a 4 inch drain. The roof also hasn't been cleaned since install and needed to be cleaned due to the integrity of the roof being compromised. The TPO roof system is meant to reflect the sun's rays to keep heating and cooling prices down (energy efficient) but because of the dirt buildup the roof wasn't allowed to do its job. We pressure washed the roof and brought it back to life.
