Meet rotifers – microscopic zooplankton so small you need a microscope to see their features, and so important that our aquarists culture entire colonies of them in-house just to keep our moon jellies fed.
Peek behind the scenes and watch how our team cultures, harvests and hand-feeds these tiny organisms every single day to keep our jellies’ bellies happy and healthy.

The future museum will be designed for kids from birth to age 10, packed with hands-on exhibits and STEAM-based fun – and co-located with the newly rebuilt Matthews Elementary School.
