Bike Messenger – Bill Fehr | Charlotte Video Project Charlotte is not known for its bike messengers. In fact, many cyclists complain that the city is not very bike friendly at all. Bill Fehr, however, seems quite content spinning his way through town delivering mail to some of Charlotte’s biggest companies – a job he has held for nearly 15 years.
