DISTURBING DISCOVERY: Rock Hill PD says they are investigating “possible human remains” found in a crawl space Tuesday morning on Oakland Ave.

Phillip Shipp found the skull and shared these pictures with me. He tells me he first thought it was a Halloween decoration but as soon as he picked it up, he knew it was real.

Rock Hill PD says they are waiting on the forensic testing to determine if it’s real.
