Depot Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Staging hardware devices by uploading and configuring software, including wireless and mobility application activations
• Organizing and assembling hardware accessories and kits
• Processing devices for shipment and customer delivery
• Diagnosing and resolving product issues
• Managing and updating support tickets
• Packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking
• Repairing and restoring mobile devices
• Maintaining organized inventory flow
• Following established procedures and protocols
• Supporting the team with additional duties as needed

Full-time, 40+ hours per week
Monday–Friday schedule
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
