As our Director of Operations, she brings both strategic rigor and creative energy to everything she touches. Danielle manages the systems that keep us running and has an incredible gift for making complex work feel collaborative.

Everyone told you Reels was the best way to grow. But the 2026 data is telling a different story: Carousels are quietly winning over videos.

While Reels are built for discovery (reaching people who don’t follow you), Carousels are built for conversion (deepening the relationship with people who do).

Today, the "Algorithm" is favoring and looking at the amount of:

✅ Saves: High intent to return.
✅ DM Shares: Personal recommendations.
✅ Watch Time: Quality of attention per slide.

If your strategy is 100% Reels, you're building a "widowed" audience, lots of viewers, but low retention.

Format is Strategy. Use Reels to open the door and use Carousels to invite them in to stay. Make sure you use both wisely!

This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the man who showed us what was possible long before ACCC ever existed.

We watched you build your first company from scratch; late nights, early mornings, and a whole lot of effort, determination, and quiet confidence. That first business wasn’t your last, but it was the one that showed us what it looks like to bet on yourself and keep going.

You were teaching us without even trying: how to lead with integrity, how to care about people, and how to stand firm in what you believe in.

To the father who raised us, coached us, and still champions our vision today, thank you, and Happy Father’s Day.
