The Charlotte Manifesto, a powerful reflection of our city’s essence, challenges, and aspirations, is here.

Crafted in collaboration with community members across Charlotte, this manifesto is inspired by our shared experiences. As siblings in our common humanity and as organizers anchored in the body of Christ which knows the burden of colonization and occupation, we unite to share truths and seek wisdom.

It sets the stage for the upcoming Dear Charlotte conference, where themes of justice, community engagement, and collective action will take center stage. More than words, it’s a call to action, an invitation to dialogue, and a pledge for change.

Join us as we breathe life into our manifesto at the conference. Together, we’ll engage in collaborative discussions, paving the way for a more inclusive, equitable, and accessible Charlotte.
