For years I would daydream about starting SpiceLAB but I realized that dreaming wasn't going to get me where I wanted to be. I HAD to take action. So here's what I did:

📌Wrote down my why- give yourself permission to DREAM BIG
📌Defined my purpose- This is a simple statement that explains what you do and for whom.
📌Identified my audience- They are the people that you named above in your purpose statement. Really put some thought into the people you are best equipped to serve. Even consider who you most want to serve. It's okay to be picky about your audience.
📌Mapped out my vision impact- Think about how you want to work with your clients (services/products offered) Then set a timeline to accomplish them.

I started my business while still working a 9-5 as a single mom of 2 in the beginning. It was stressful all the time!

My business idea didn’t spring from a relaxing weekend at a meditation retreat; it came from necessity! I had to find myself a solution to design a business vision that would work for my life, or I would end up on the corporate hamster wheel forever, and that was not an option!

Now, I’m not gonna lie and say I hit it out of the ballpark straight away. I’ve had tough days. I’ve questioned myself, thought about quitting, but there was one thing I did that has made this all possible. I decided success is inevitable for me; I surrounded myself with like-minded people, worked with a coach, and in time developed clarity.
