Docklands Design

I designed this shirt today for one of my favorite local partner shops: Hive in Salisbury. I do a lot of design and printing for small businesses and local farms, makers, restaurants... all of which have seen our income disappear overnight. I worry that we may not be around once this dust clears, and my friends and partners will be gone.

UPTOWN CHARLOTTE 1877 Handwritten names of every land owner in Uptown! Includes namesakes of many of Charlotte's streets, schools, and institutions. When only Trade and Tryon Streets were named, this map is an historic tour de force showing early versions of The U.S. Mint, First Presbyterian Chruch, Charlotte Institute, and the Four Wards with Boundary Street on all sides noting the extent of Charlotte's center city. *Pencil for scale*

Printed with North Carolina made inks on French Parchment Paper (size 25" x 25"). Available in split fountain ink (two gradient inks merge to create an artistic effect), or traditional black ink on grey parchment paper. Framing is also available.
