This morning, our admin team treated us to breakfast and reminded us of a powerful message: when placed in hot water, a coffee bean doesn’t just survive—it changes the water around it. This small jar of coffee beans is a symbol of resilience, purpose, and the impact we can have, even on challenging days.

We’re grateful for leadership that pours into us and encourages us to show up with intention for our students.
