As we get set for a historic weekend, we want to take this time to remind everyone our offices and facilities will be closed on Friday, July 3rd. As we celebrate our great country's 250th anniversary, let's honor the spirit of freedom and innovation that has shaped our nation for 250 years!

Time for our mid-month update on June's Core Values focus of Seek Continuous Improvement under our Innovation pillar. Continuous improvement is based on the idea that even though we think things are fine, we must never stop trying to improve. If we stop improving, someone else will overtake us. Instead, we should institute a workplace culture of small, incremental improvements in order to consistently make progress.
