I understand that we are all living through challenging times. National data shows that all age groups have experienced some level of stress during the pandemic. This includes our little ones.

Symptoms of stress can sometimes be overlooked in children because oftentimes they don't know how to communicate their feelings.

Extreme clinginess, appetite changes, and behavioral regression are just a few of the symptoms that children convey when they are feeling stressed.

Doing something fun like drawing, painting, or exercising are just a few of the ways children can relieve stress.

Messy Ones takes pride in providing a safe space for children to learn, explore and channel their creativity.

On February 12th Messy Ones will be offering a FREE Hearts and Crafts workshop. Children will be able to fellowship with their peers all while having fun and giving back. Toddlers will create heartfelt projects that will be donated to a local children’s hospital. Registration info will be posted this Saturday! Let’s spread kindness and take care of yourself. 💗
