As a Production Trainee, you will start your career on the entry-level and learn the operation of our textile screen printing or embroidery manufacturing process.

Experience is not required. The ideal candidate will possess the eagerness to want to learn and grow in a new profession and career.

60-day probationary period during which trainee is evaluated for a pay increase.

You will grow the following skills and abilities:

- To learn industrial embroidery machine and screen print operation, the product staging process, and to perform "quality control".
- To interact and use production computer systems and automated processes.
- To read and interpret documents such as safety rules, sales orders, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- To organize, prioritize, and handle a multi-task workload.
- To be an engaged and dependable team player.

Education and Experience:
- High school equivalency.

Requirements:

- The position will require walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing product on concrete surfaces.
- The position is in a climate-controlled warehouse.
- Candidates must be able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, stoop, reach and lift/carry up to 30 pounds.
- Energy and flexibility of movement is essential.
-Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (BrandRPM participates in E-verify).

Additional:

Full-time, 8-hour day shift, Mon-Fri 6:30am - 3:00pm.
Our approach is as one team: cooperating, communicating, and coordinating in a one shift environment.

-Utilize PC/online application for receiving product, fulfilling orders, time clock management.
-Pull inventory from racks / bins to fill web orders as needed.
-Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
-Receive and inspect physical product coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses accurately and promptly.
-Verify the quantity and description of product received by checking product against online packing list and enter correctly into the system.
-Utilize label equipment for printing shipping labels.
-Utilize bar code scanners for inventory management and order fulfillment.
-Place product into dedicated racks / storage bins in an orderly manner.

Education and Experience:
High school equivalency. Experience in Fulfillment is not required.

Physical Requirements:

The Fulfillment Specialist will safely assist in all aspects of the logistical and customer order fulfilling process.

- Utilize PC/online application for receiving product, fulfilling orders, time clock management.
- Utilize label equipment for printing shipping labels.
- Utilize bar code scanners for inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Receive and inspect physical product coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses accurately and promptly.
- Verify the quantity and description of product received by checking product against online packing list and enter correctly into the system.
- Place product into dedicated racks / storage bins in an orderly manner.
- Pull inventory from racks / bins to fill web orders as needed.
- Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
- Utilize box cutters, tape, and labeling equipment.
- Some assembly work may be required to fulfill orders.
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change with or without notice.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to perform safely and well in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
Must be able to lift to 40 pounds regularly.
Visual acuity to read instructions and inspect labels and packaging.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Full time: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Part -time: No more than 20 hours a week. Generally in afternoons, ideal for HS/College students.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour, dependent upon experience.
