Happiness is self love! Why? Because happiness comes from within and never outside of us. As soon as we make someone else responsible for our happiness, we give them control over emotions, hopes, dreams, and all aspects of who we are. It’s not fair to the other person to be expected to live to an unfulfilling task.

But we do it in all the relationship we have in our lives, even with our children.
