My PhD dissertation was finally published with Proquest:

“Trauma and PTSD Recovery Using Mind–Body Medicine Within the Culture of Healers: An Autoethnography”

After receiving a cancer diagnosis right as I was graduating with my PhD in 2024, my dissertation editing + finalization process got halted. I had to focus the majority of my life force energy on healing myself. 🙏🏼✨💕

Little did I know that this was also a part of my healing journey of mind-body medicine. ✨

This dissertation is a culmination of my life’s work up until that point.

And yall, I am just getting started!

This publication was mostly about healing mental “illnesses.”

My next publication will be about healing physical “illnesses.”

I speak from first hand experience.
The work is within first.

And a huge crux of all of it is EMOTIONAL healing (this gets missed in all areas).
This is my work on this planet: Teaching people (including myself) how to FEEL, how to heal, and how to reclaim your Self! ✨
