I just lucked up on the Best Vegan Sub I’ve ever had in this lifetime at Sub One Hoagie in Charlotte . So check it, I just finished a photo shoot and your girl was hungry so I looked up places to grab a quick bite. I love sandwiches so I’m like even though this place isn’t vegan I’m sure I can get a lettuce and tomato sandwich 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m not hard to please, at one point I ate onion sandwiches… That’s another story for another time. Anyways, to my surprise when I seen the menu, I seen a vegetarian sandwich and found out the only thing that was keeping it from being vegan was the Mayo and the cheese. Derek voluntarily told me he could remove those items and add some additional veggies and other condiments, all with a smile. That man knew what kind of experience I was about to have because he smirked when I said it was my first time here.. All that to say, go get you one of the best subs you’ve ever had.
