My new night-time supplement + brow routine 🖤

I’ve been dealing with MASSIVE hair shedding the last few months — like… even my brows dipped out 😭.

This morning wasn’t gym vibes — Lola and I had a late start and honestly, my anxiety was LOUD.
So instead of forcing myself into a workout, I sat with it.
Guided breathing. Hands on heart. Just… being human for a minute.

Yesterday I missed the gym too because I went to celebrate my bestie’s birthday — life be life-ing sometimes.

Today I’m tired, but I’m still here. Still choosing myself in small ways.
If I get movement in later, cool.
If not, I’m still proud of me for slowing down and listening to my body.

✨Presence over pressure.
✨Grace over guilt.
✨One day at a time.
