Today, while visiting one my listings, I did what some people might call a little woo-woo.

I walked through the home with sage (sometimes I use palo santo)—not because I believe either one magically sells houses, but because it helps me pause and set an intention.

As I moved from room to room, I imagined the right buyer finding this home and a transaction that unfolded with ease, integrity, and the best outcome for everyone involved.

Whether you embrace the ritual or not, intention-setting itself isn’t so unconventional.

For me, this simple ritual is just a reminder to slow down, be present, and approach each home with purpose.
