Essential Oils With Rebekah

The ceremonial grade Cacao direct from Peru has been sitting on my counter for about 2 weeks now, and I’ve been waiting for the “perfect” time to experience it. Last week we were travelling for the Thanskgiving holiday and this week I have been at home with my little one who is unwell and taking up all of my time and energy both day and night. I’ve been craving quiet time to nourish my soul and connect with my inner goddess and plug away at the project I have in the works.

Last night was long, as have been the previous few nights and I was feeling weary yet hopeful this morning. I realized there was never going to be a perfect time to stop and enjoy my cacao in peace, I would just have to create the peace within me. So I made a cup, intuitively grabbed a few oils, sage stick, palo santo, my prayer journal and invited my son to join me. I set my intention, said a prayer and took a sip. My son tried his and was not impressed nor did he let me enjoy my cacao in peace, he begged for cartoons and told me to stop sitting down, lol. I applied my oils, sipped my cacao, wrote a few sentences in my prayer journal and prayed a short prayer. It was not elaborate or what I had envisioned but I found a few moments of peace and set my intention for the day. I’m grateful for those few moments.

I want to set an example to my sons that its just as important to nourish the soul and connect with God as it is to nourish the physical body. So today I sit, in ceremony with my Kakao asking for Gods guidance thru today and the months ahead, That I may find clarity in the direction I am to take to bring what has been laid on my heart to the world, to find gratitude even in the hard days and to be an example to the next generation.

Oils I chose to join me today;
Rose: The Queen of the oils, I chose this oil for its emotionally uplifting properties. I applied to the inside of my wrists and over my heart. I also applied over my sons heart.

Magnolia: I am in love with this beautiful floral oil. It helps me to feel connected and compassionate not only to my self but to those around me. I applied this beauty to my forearms and behind the ears.

Frankincense: The King of the oils! I chose this oil to enhance my mood as well as combat stress and anxious feelings. It helps to strengthen the intuition and deepens a spiritual connection thru enhanced focus. I applied to my forehead and inhaled from my hands.
