As I look back on our 25th Anniversary Celebration at ABsolute Pilates, my heart is full of gratitude. What began as a dream has grown into a community built on dedication, learning, friendship, and a shared commitment to the traditional Pilates method.
Having Janice Dulak with us made this milestone even more meaningful. Her knowledge, integrity, and unwavering commitment to preserving the work passed down from Romana continue to inspire teachers and students alike. We were truly honored to celebrate alongside such an extraordinary mentor and leader.
To every client, teacher, intern, and friend who has been part of this journey—thank you. Your trust, support, and belief in what we do have made these past 25 years possible.

To a child, the Trapeze Table feels like a playground.
They swing, climb, hang, and laugh—but underneath the fun, they’re building strength, coordination, concentration, confidence, and body awareness. It’s one of the most enjoyable ways for children and young athletes to learn movement while developing a strong and healthy body. 💪✨
