Get outside and try something new. (Be responsible 😷 and safe, of course.) This was Lincoln’s first time on the swing (He didn’t pass the 1 “pull-up” requirement last year, but he did this time!) He bravely walked up to the pull-up bar, in front of a bunch of youthful onlookers, and pulled himself up. He didn’t let last year’s defeat keep him from trying again. Instead he defeated what once defeated him. Let’s learn from Lincoln and try that “thing” that once defeated us—one more time. You never know what refreshing experience awaits you on the other side!
