This heat wave is no joke! 🥵
We decided our chickens needed a little extra comfort, so they officially inherited one of our old pool umbrellas for some much-needed shade. ☂️🐓
I also made a Food Lion run and picked up watermelon and cantaloupe to help keep everyone cool, hydrated, and happy during these scorching temperatures. 🍉🍈
Between extra shade, fresh water, cooling treats, and lots of check-ins throughout the day, we're doing everything we can to help our animals beat the heat.
