Here’s a look at some of Phil’s service calls from last week:
▪️ Commercial Water Heater Showing No Power: Phil found the unit completely off (no power, gas, or water on). He filled and pressurized the tank, finding it in perfect working condition. The issue was likely caused by a power outage the customer experienced a week before the service call.

▪️ Tankless Water Heater with an Error Code 12 (Flame Failure): resolved by cleaning the flame rods and inspecting the burner chamber

▪️ Tankless Water Heater with an Error Code 12 (Gas Pressure Issue): Customer’s unit only allowed for 10.5” WC, but the static and dynamic pressures were both higher. Solution: having the gas company check the customer’s meter/regulator and decrease pressure

our memphis-based tech, walt, has officially been on the road for 5 months!

here’s a look at some of his service calls last week:

⚡️ leaking element: found a blown lower element that was leaking; after diagnosing, he drained the unit, replaced the elements, and refilled the unit

🔥 gas valve: customer was shipped a gas valve for warranty replacement; walt drained the unit and replaced the gas valve

➕ Water Heater Service Technicians travel to customer’s locations to install, maintain, and repair water heaters and boilers

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
➕ 2-3 years of water heater diagnostic + repair experience
➕ Excellent customer service skills
➕ Plumbing license preferred 🪪

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 + 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀:
💵 $60,000-120,000/yr | Based on incoming water heater diagnostic + plumbing experience levels
