Changing Direction for Success | Youth Mentorship Program in Chattanooga Changing Direction for Sucess. We are a non-profit organization that mentors at risk youth and support low-income families. We are currently in two elementary schools and one middle school.

God is Good!!!! We had the honor and pleasure to meet and begin mentoring 5th grade boys and girls at Hardy Elementary. HUGE thanks to our new mentors and of course Pastor Barnes.
